After much debate and bitching, both for and against, CTL has decided to put the dedication page back up. Be forewarned, it is bigger and bolder than previous. There are pictures. CTL has decided that just because people take it to seriously is no reason to cave in. CTL will put forth a better effort in the future to help keep peace in the department. CTL will poke fun at Companies 1, 2, 3 and 4. There might be a an occasional playful jab at headquarters. The commissioners are off limits as they are far to valuable to piss off. After all, who knows, next year they may know us all by name.

The page has again been changed. CTL would like to apologize to any individuals or companies it may have offended. Those responsible for the controversy have been sacked. Don't let this action lead anyone to believe that CTL is going away. With impending "New Ladder" in town CTL will have plenty of free time. There are many ideas left to exploit. Some examples are the GFD wet T shirt extravaganza( a fund raiser), the "Portables For Everyone Initiative" and if enough interest is shown a "Letter to the Editor" page. CRAP is taking off and there will soon be more services added. Keep your eyes open.
