CRAP's Founder got his medical degrees while studying at the University of Brazil in Rio. Dr Brown was the first doctor to attain medical degrees in both Proctology and Gynecology. Dr brown was the first Doctor to open a practice that offered "His and Hers" appointments. After the lawsuit Dr Brown agreed to no longer practice medicine in the United States. When deported from Mexico one year later Dr Brown agreed to maintain his court ordered "No touching" rule and formed his alliance with his partner to establish CRAP. Dr brown can be found most of the time driving for CRAP as he is not allowed to have any patient contact. If he is not driving he can usually be found at Kahoots or the Gold Club trying to find a patient to examine.

These two Paramedics approached CRAP a few years ago. They had very little to say about themselves or their training but they were itching to get back into the field of EMS. So far they seem to know what to do. The only problem is that they always make a left turn when leaving CRAP headquarters.
